Lattice is the AI/ML-powered open OS for defense that powers three product divisions:

2. Air Systems Autonomous air systems that are tasked, connected, and controlled by Lattice. Together, they enable a variety of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance mission profiles.
3. Underwater Vehicles The most reliable and flexible AUV, tailor made for littoral and deep-water survey, inspection, and ISR, is applicable to a wide range of defense and commercial mission sets.

Is Anduril a public company?
Anduril is a private company that is not publicly traded. Its major shareholders are Palmer Luckey, 9Yards Capital, D1 Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, 8VC, Founders Fund, and Valor Equity Partners. Anduril valuation is roughly $10 billion as of July 2023. We believe the Anduril IPO is at least 12 months away, as the company enjoys favorable funding conditions in the private market.

June 2024: Discussions are in progress for a new investment into Anduril Industries that could result in the defense sector startup being valued at $14 billion in total, including previous funding, Bloomberg reported Thursday.
Unnamed sources have revealed that Anduril seeks to raise $1.5 billion in the funding round, which will be co-led by Founders Fund and Sands Capital.
This is despite the $5 billion demand from investors.
